‘Kitchencraft was recommended to us by a couple of friends and to be quite honest, once we had heard more of what goes on at Kitchencraft we did not bother looking at any other Kitchen company. From the moment Steve came round to measure up and give us ideas we knew we had made a good choice. Once invited back to the showroom and view his designs, we were certain. Steve always gave us good advice but at the end of the day, we never felt at all pressured in buying / choosing what didn’t work for us. Steve gave us plenty of time to make our minds up and was there to answer any questions along the way. Once everything was chosen and the date set, the fitters arrived and I have to say they always left the kitchen, what was left of it in a tidy state and always cleared up after themselves. They arrived on time and any little snags, of which there were few, we were always consulted. I was also impressed that Steve lent us a portable oven to use whilst our kitchen was being fitted, now that’s what I call service. All the supporting tradesmen were excellent, so much so, that we have called on them since to come and do some work for us, especially the decorator. He was a great find! The kitchen was completed pretty much in the time that was allocated, Steve was very much on the ball and was in constant touch to check that we were happy with the on-going work. Now that it is all done, we are absolutely delighted with the result and would thoroughly recommend Kitchencraft.’
