Although we had a good idea of what we wanted Terrie and Steve guided us through the process giving us the benefit of their experience of what works best and why. The inevitable disruption was as painless as it could be and pro active updates about scheduled visits were timely. The kitchen fitter, Joe, was friendly and polite and when there final detailing options or decisions he would consult us – nothing was too much of a problem for him.
