‘Mary & I can only speak very highly of the team at Kitchencraft, having been recommended by my brother John we visited the showroom in Witham where Joe introduced us to their kitchens & services. The design element took a number of visits, before we finally choose the units, doors & most importantly the Mistral worktops. At no time were we pressurised or felt that an early decision was needed. No hard sell or sales patter only matters relating to the design & what we were trying to achieve.
The installation was carried out very quickly, once a decision to proceed was made, estimated time for completion was 4 weeks & the work was completed within this timeframe, save for some small snagging works highlighted at the handover stage. The installation crew led by Cameron & Jack worked well, detail to attention was excellent & at the end of the working day the kitchen was left in a good clean condition. The support tradesmen including plasterers, electrician & specialist worktop contractors were first class & special mention must be made regarding the decorator, his preparation work & attention to detail was of the highest order.
In conclusion having checked out other kitchen companies without doubt Kitchencraft was our best choice, the finished product stands testimony to their professionalism, customer care & communications.’
